The project was developed near Eastbourne road, near the railway station at Godstone village
at Surrey in England. This Project was completed in 2019 and it comprises building of 6 three
bedroom semi-detached houses.
Description
THE REQUIREMENTS
Falling within the authority of Tandridge District Council, this site is located on the West side of Eastbourne Road, close to it’s junction with Lagham Road. Godstone Railway Station is on the Redhill to Tonbridge line and plates up Godstone in Surrey. Tonbridge is however not the natural terminus of the line and continues straight to Ashford, Kent which has an international rail station.
